Getting back on the wagon
Hey all, long time, no.. Nothing lol. Last post I was out of a job (and gym) and was offered help by p-funk. After using his help for a while, I became complacent and gave in to the liesurly lifestyle og having my summer 'off'. Now the reality is that its getting to be fall. I'm 10 lbs heavier, lost a good amount of definition and I'm just downright pathetic. So I decided to get back into the old routine, starting with modified HIIT cardio today (built's hill repeats)
All intervals preformed at 3.0 mph. 1 min 3 incline 4 min 6 incline 1 min 3 incline 4 min 7 incline 1 min 3 incline 4 min 8 incline 1 min 3 incline 4 min 9 incline Start and end with dynamic strech/warm up. Tomorrow is day 2 back on the wagon. Oh yeah and I'm starting the diet again to with a modest deficit. God willing I will have a job and car and gym membership soon enough.. Regardless ill keep posting
