When do you train biceps, or do you not do isolation work?

Not training arms this week. Normally I either train biceps with back, for example i would add 7-10 sets at the end of the above workout.

However, i do also sometimes do biceps and triceps together as the last workout of the week.

These days i have tended to focus more on cardio and boxing classes than arm training.

Also, I pulled my groin so i'm only doing a truncated leg workout on saturday, whereas normally i would train legs today.
