Sometime in late April: A month of strict dieting and serious workout - 160lbs
May 6: Lowest weight in recent times - 157.6lbs
Today: Updated Daily - 160.1 >Ate a shitload today.....First 'cheat' day
Notes: I'm sixteen years old. St. Thomas I ate a lot of shit food and didn't have motivation to workout on vacation. I had a bunch of water weight and empty calories that I worked EXTREMELY hard to get rid of right when I got home from St. Thomas. First cheat day on my diet after 47 days of dieting.

Today: Updated Daily - 158.7 > I burned a lot of what I ate yesterday of with a good old fashion run.


The edit button disappears after about 30 minutes to avoid confusion later on.
