Hey all...figured I should start a journal to get some feedback and stuff like that. I'ts thursday so i figure ill post what i did this week.

monday
overhead press
95 x 5
100 x 5
105 x 5
110 x 5
110 x 5

pullups -
5 x bodyweight x 5

Incline BB
4 x 145 x 8

Seated Cable Row
4 x 140 x 10, 10, 8 , 8

and a few sets of pressdowns cuz i felt like it


wedensday
- I was really pressed for time...

did a circuit only 2 times of:
squats - 185 x 15+
bulgarian split squats - 25 x 6 - 8 (each leg)
hyperextensions - bodyweight x 10
calves raises - 10+

i know i did more than 15 reps in squats and calves, just didnt really keep count.....it was a pretty brutal circuit considering i was lifting like a nancy boy lol
