I have been put down by a nasty cold but I started training again today.

started with 15 minutes on the bike to warm up.

    Squats 4X6 6 65lbs 6 6 6 6
    Deadlifts 3X6 135lbs 6 6 6
    Overhead Press 3X6 65lbs 6 6 6

Today was the first time I completed all my sets of squats without any knee pain at all! The deadlifts were difficult and I kept having to correct myself to not pull up with my arms. While no pain during the deadlifts, I definitely felt it in my back and aftwards in my hamstrings.

    Thanks Island Girl!

I have several goals... I have met some and some I still have a way to go.

    1) stop the pain in my knees and feet. This has happened somewhere in the 370 weight range. This was an awesome step.

    2) my first weight goal is 325 (This is when I get a break on my life insurance). started at 423 in early Jan this year. currently at 355.4.

    3) my next weight goal is 250. I figure I'll take stock then and see what needs to be done.

I have taken built and gtbmed's advice in this thread, if you are interested:

Been a rough couple of weeks of being sick and vacation. Back at work and completed my first day back at the gym.

started with 15 minutes on the bike to warm up.

    Squats 4X6 6 75lbs 6 6 6 6
    Deadlifts 4X6 135lbs 6 6 6 6
    Overhead Press 4X6 75lbs 6 6 6 6

ended with 15 minutes on the bike to cool down.

Increased weight on the squats and overhead press by 10 pounds. Stayed the same weight on the deadlift. Even though i completed my lifts last time, I had a weird sense of vertigo (not really that, but the closest word that describes the sensation) so i decided to stay at the same weight but added a set. No weirdness at all today, good to be back at it.
