    Gettin Back In the Game

Went for a 30 minute run yesterday. Did some very brief dynamic stretching prior. Good cardio, did a little interval training, ran to the beach, took a minute to clear my head, sprinted the beach, and interval jogged back home. However I'm pretty sure I pulled a hip flexor muscle.

Note to self: Proper cool down and stretching is essential.
