210 to 195
Height-5'9
weight-210
I have gained over 30 pounds in just 6 months. Id like to get back to a solid 195 by March 17 because thats when my son is due to be born and I know my gym time will be limited after that.
Ill be posting some of my fit day graphs and workouts. Id like to use this journal for motivation.
Any advice or info will be considered.
