Well I've been browsing this site for about 6 months now and I needed a place to keep all my info together so here goes.

Backstory:

about 8 months ago I woke up and was 210 pounds at well over 30%bf and decided I needed to do something about it so on a whim I called my buddy and decided to do p90x...(enter ass chewings)

I did that for about 90 days or so but hated not doing any normal lifting and all the body weight exercises it required (not to mention the cardio) anyway i lost some fat and some muscle in my legs because the leg workouts suck(a shit load of lunges and kicks) and from the amount of cardio.

i found this site soon after and learned a lot about nutrition and such and soon bought a set of weights, a bench, and built myself a power rack so i can start lifting the right way.

My main goal is fat loss right now, i'm down to about 181lbs and what 2 pple with zero training in calipers figured about.. 16%bf

Ive been stuck around 181 for about a month now so i started the rapid fat loss diet a couple days ago so we will see how it goes.

My 1rm's as of 4 weeks ago:

bench: 190
squat: 255
deadlift: 275

I know these numbers are low but i havent lifted weights in 7 years.. also i'm on a deficit but i'm hoping since i'm new i can still make small gains.

my goal is to lose down to about 170 and hold for a little while then start a slow bulk because i wanna get stronger.
