    summer training

i have july and august off work for summer holidays so looking to get into better shape. have been doing cardio few times a week for past few years and started lifting again about a month ago.

anyway this is my first day back in home gym. Whole body session. Will split up into two day split next week but wanted to get some whole body conditioning first (been using machines for past month in gym)

    bench press 3x12 (30kg)
    DB Press/Fly SS 3x10 (12.5kg each)
    Upright Rows 3x10 (30kg)
Bent Over Rows 3x10 (12.5kg each)
    Shoulder Press 3x10 (12.5kg each)
    Bicep Curls 3x10 (12.5kg each)

    Squats 3x10 (30kg)
    SL Deadlift 3x10 (30kg)

As you can see the barbell is stuck on 30kg till i go get an allen key but weight felt ok for now, bit light for bench press so supplemented with DB super-sets
