I've never done a journal here but figure it may be fun to track and receive feedback along the way.
I lost some mass after battling Thyroid cancer last year (naturally wasn't able to keep it up like I would have liked too) But I've been given a clean bill of health and have been back at my diet and lifting for about 4 months.
Prior to cancer/surgery for Thyroid (which turns out was caused from radiation exposure from all the damn x-rays I had growing up... I was a pretty intense bmx and motorcross racer and managed to break 10 bones on 10 different occassions...) Anyway! Prior to that ordeal I completed two cycles and had climbed from 6'4" 190 to 6'4" 220. (220 is what I maintained after it was all said and done). I'm 28 years old by the way.
I'm staring out now at around 211 and a little more bf (haven't determined exact percentage at this time yet).
My weight goal with this winter bulk cycle which is 240. Not going to be easy!!
So my 3rd cycle here officially begins tomorrow (Nov 19th) (previous two consisted of Test E/C and EQ.
