First of all I want to give some special thanks to two individuals in this community:
Vibrant- Thanks for hooking me up with this opportunity, and providing insights when you can.
OnPoint88- For being the first individual on this forum to help me out and guide me in the proper direction.
Also, shoutouts to everyone in this competition, look forward to competing. I hope we can all come out of this stronger than before. Oh...and more jacked.

So, here is the deal. I will be keeping a full log and journal of my experiences, lifts, and all the gory details in between.
I am letting my body take a good 3 week rest before I begin this. I haven't rested in quite some time and well lets just say my body says NO MORE! Plus, the holidays are approaching, my campus gym is closing, and I got people to visit. Right now the plan is to sneak in 2-3 workouts max for my upperbody while on break. But, as I said I want to heal.
That being said I do expect to come into this a bit weaker. But, my strength will return fast and that 405lbs will come up quickly. Hopefully we will be seeing me throw up 450lbs by week 5 (lets hope!)
Lookin' forward to doing this log, and hope to get some encouraging advice and feedback from everyone.
