I know not enough, should of had something different for dinner...

20 min. treadmill, lvl 6
Tried the Ab routine, nothing consistent, just trying to get the correct feel for the exercises........

that's why it's refridgerated, geezzzz...........before I got the flax, I always just baked it in water with garlic, I'll go back to that, thought I was being ingenious, HAHA
