Meal 3: (11/30/10) ...grrrrrr, WTF... still too much apple? those apples are huge though
1/2 large apple
1Tbs peanut butter
1/4c. cottage cheese
Just flip your meals around... OR 20 C in meal 3 is fine because of meal 2
On Deli Turkey.....
