I'm good. Tax season is heating up, so I don't feel like do anything but work, workout, sleep and eat...but that's just the way it is.
The scales aren't budging for me at all but my clothes seem to fit better and better (or worse and worse as most of them are too big) so, I assume I am still making progress.My Carb Cycling Progress - you can't hide from the numbers.
