Have you ever tried to do 4 sets of 25 SQUATS You'd never be able to do all 100 with the same w8 you would normally squat. Before I did this program I could squat about 135lbs but on this program I was good to squat 65lbs!!! My strength afterwards improved and now I squat 185lbs easy! |

Also, if you are too much of a beginner this program isn't for you.
The same goes if you've already got good size and strength... like my hubby... he just couldn't lift heavy enough on this program to do any real good. |
