5 Sets Flat DB Press: 25x12, 30x12, 35x12, 40x12, 45x12
4 Sets Incline Bench: 65x12, 75x11, 85x7
3 Sets Swiss Ball Flys: 20x12, 25x12, 25x12
4 Sets Incline Hammer Press: 75x12, 80x12, 85x12, 90x12
