Had one hour of hockey last night, we lost
in OTGot a Slapshot of the inside of the Knee right on the muscle, nice little mouse there. Quads should be fun tonite, considering I am still limping |

I am going to stick it out with bulking until march if I can hold on till then, and then cut for eight weeks until the end of the comp.
