I was lucky enough to have figured out I was hooked the first day and now theres no looking back.

Good! My Mom's bday party was yesterday and there was some good grub!!

I was pretty good.... only snacked on raw veggies and had meat and salad for dinner.. BUT I had to have a piece of my Mom's bday cake!!!

Of COURSE it is! Once you start seeing results, and know it is the result of all your hard work, it's then difficult to go back.... I don't always want to go to the gym, especially on deadlift and squat day. But one thing is for sure, I'm ALWAYS glad I did!
