I'm Scared to do this because I've always been about building muscle and power and now I want to lose and keep off roughly 30-40 Poundsish in 8 months timeish.

I want to keep up my Protein intake, while watching carbs and calories. I don't want to deprive myself of food either.

Goals :
to lose 30 lbs at least and keep it off in roughly 8 monthsish total
To record daily meals and training progress
Do more cardio
Not lose too much muscle or strength
