It likely was. I bought the Salad in the Superstore Deli :S I plan on making my own low cal/fat dressings, but I needed a little more taste that time, first time I actually ate a whole salad, haha.
Anyways, today wasn't a good day, cheat day, and real hectic so it was tough. I don't have the macro's, I'll get them all tommorow. Blueberry Muffin 1.5 Cup Ice Cream 8 Small Pancakes (Whole wheat flour, unbleaches and salt) Plain 2 Servings Chicken with stewed tomatoes Bowl of Jell-O Light 2 Bowls Corn Flakes with .5 Cup of 1% milk, Spoonful of Splenda It was crappy day but I'll make up for it tommorow! |

Haha, me too, I'm having thoughts if its even possible, even with Lipo and Absolved, no more icky cheat days like today though, I feel like garbage, Yech. And Thank You, by the way as much as you probably hear it, your absolutley beautiful
