Ripped In Three Months

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS

Well, I, Protofuze got a new name and starting anew, and to a good start, heres my first journal entry! My goals are as follows:

-First Wrestling Match is on April 18, Wanna Look Cut
-Add 10 lbs Lean Muscle Mass
-Lower 15.4% bf to under 10%
-Add Strength

Also Using these Supps:

Ab-solved-4 or 5 Squirts each morning and evening before bed
Lipo-Ultra-Same as above
Optimum 100% Whey
Centrum Multi Vitamin
2 Caplets Calcium Magnesium
2 Caplets Vitamin C

Breakfast:

2 servings oatmeal
2 scoops Optimum Whey Powder

Cals=426 P=52 C=40 F=5.5

Snack:

Ground Beef, Lean, 5 meatballs (1 cup beef)
2 Servings Oatmeal
Diet Vanilla Coke
Jell-O Light Cup

Cals=549.5 P=32 C=38 F=34

Lunch:

Chicken Ceasar Salad
Diet Coke

Cals=586.5 P=57 C=5 F=17.5

Pre-Workout Meal:

Chicken Breast
2 Cups California Mixed Veggies

Cals=331 P=49 C=19 F=6.5

Post-Workout Meal:

Optimum Whey Shake
Berry Blast Shake (Prolab whey, OJ, and Mixed Berries)
1 serving Oats

Cals=602 P=50 C=57 F=4.5

Bed Meal:

1/2 Chicken Breast

Cal=124 P=22 C=0 F=3

Overalls:

Cals=2830 P=295 C=213 F=84

Leg Workout:

10 minutes on bike warmup

6 sets of each workout, 12 reps each-

Leg Press-180 lbs
Calf Raise-200 lbs
Seated Calf Raise-70 lbs
Hack Squats (3 Sets)-140 lbs
Leg Extension-125 lbs
Leg Curl-125 lbs

one question on the diet.. was the ceasar salad. are you using the full fat storebought brand of dressing? :ekk:

It likely was. I bought the Salad in the Superstore Deli :S I plan on making my own low cal/fat dressings, but I needed a little more taste that time, first time I actually ate a whole salad, haha.

Anyways, today wasn't a good day, cheat day, and real hectic so it was tough.

I don't have the macro's, I'll get them all tommorow.

Blueberry Muffin
1.5 Cup Ice Cream
8 Small Pancakes (Whole wheat flour, unbleaches and salt) Plain
2 Servings Chicken with stewed tomatoes
Bowl of Jell-O Light
2 Bowls Corn Flakes with .5 Cup of 1% milk, Spoonful of Splenda

It was crappy day but I'll make up for it tommorow!

Haha, me too, I'm having thoughts if its even possible, even with Lipo and Absolved, no more icky cheat days like today though, I feel like garbage, Yech. And Thank You, by the way as much as you probably hear it, your absolutley beautiful Damn
