I'm not teaching spinning tonight, I managed to get out of it I've been helping other instructors out so much that I deserved that I'm home from school now and it feels like I could sleep for a decade.. Thanks Stace. Our bodies burn around 350 cals more around period times, did you know that?

I cant hardly wait ![]() Rissole - The exchange program will probably last for a year. After that years up we'll see what I can do to get over to Sweden. I can finish up alot of my courses long distance, so it shouldnt be so much of a problem for me to do that over there. |

The exchange year gives me a FREE year at James Madison University in Virginia! Since school is free in Sweden and I'm an exchange student, I just have to pay for living arrangements ![]() |
