A body to compete

I'm not going to compete, but I would like a body that looks like I'm going to compete... that means I also need a diet, 2-3 days training.. can you guys help me get to my goal? I would like to start this tomorrow

Tuesdays, Thursdays, Saturdays Or Sundays

This is the online IM competition section, not just for people who plan on competing in a Fitness/BB comp in real life

You might want to put this journal up in the regular journal section
