Name: Rico Age: 17 Height: 5'11 Weight: 245 Goal Weight: 200-190 Well I started lifting weights for maybe two weeks and I cut out soda and only been drinking water for one week. I don't really know how much I weighed before I started so I dont know how much I weighed before I started. But I'm kinda upset that I possibly gained so now I wanna cut out even more food but people say that you should eat a good amount and you can still lose weight, I just really don't know exactly what to eat. Today I did: 20 then 15 then 10 then 9 then 8 then 7 etc. to 1 of pushups. Same of situps. Squats I did 10 then 9 etc to 1. My arms were tired so I only did 15 then 10 , 9 etc. of lifts(not sure of the name) with the 20lbs weight on each arm. I ate a chicken leg with my vitamin supplement. Later I had a chicken thighand a dinner roll. Dinner I had 2 packets of top ramen, I may cut down to 1. Water, I drink it whenever I thirsty maybe 3/4 a gallon. I'm thinking maybe I ate too much and I might gain weight from that but I'm going to see when I weight myself next week. And I'm going to try and get some extra weight from my dads house to use heavier weights. My legs are sore and abs and my arm and legs muscles gotten alittle bigger so I gotta be doing something right. I'm gonna pissed off if I don't lose any weight by next week. I'm also going to try and get in some fruit into my diet and a bit more vegetables. If I don't lose any work I'll just add more exercise and less food I don't know. I'll be back tommorrow with what I did. |

ok well today I was going to do the 5 mile walk with my dad but my mom is in surgery(hope she get through it ok), so I had to watch the kids. Well today in the morning I had like a 1/2cup of icecream(5-8 bites). and 2 packs of top ramen. then later on I had chili cheese fries and thats was it for today.
Exercise I felt I did good. I didnt really keep count just did it til my arms, legs, stomach couldnt do more. So I'm cool new update tommorrow. |
