My first journal. I hope I can stick to it

This will be my first journal. I am going to just show my workouts and as time progresses I will start showing my diet I hope.

Goals - Currently I weight 197lbs, and I have a little belly. My body fat composition is unknown to me, last time I did it which was two years ago it was around 15%. The goal is to bulk up but without gaining anymore weight, if that makes sense. I do not want to hit 200lbs again. Last time I was at that weight it was in 11th grade (6 years ago). I would like to form more back muscles and hamstring muscle because I feel I am lacking there. In addition I would like to make my belly get a little smaller, I don't expect a six-pack anytime soon

So I will begin with yesturday's workout. Which was the first workout I had since last Tuesday (6/15/04)

General Warmup- 5 Min jogging, with 3 laps of basketballl court sprints.
Lifting warmpu- 10 reps 95lbs bench press
    Dumbbell flat bench - 11 reps 60lbs, 10 reps 65lbs, 5 reps 70, and 7 reps 70
    Preacher Curls - 10 reps 75lbs, 10 reps 75lbs, and 8 reps 80lbs
    Incline Bench Press - 10 reps 115, 8 reps 125, 6 reps 135lbs
    Decline Bench Press - 10 reps 125lbs, 10 reps 145, 10 reps 145, 6 reps 155
    Barbell Curl - 10 reps 70lbs, 7 reps 70, 7 reps 70
    Flat Dumbbell Flys - 10 reps 25, 10 reps 30lbs, 8 reps 30lbs

The rest between sets was not more than 1 min. I need to cut that time reason for the slowness is the partner with me likes to takes rests I will try to improve that.

Overall I didn't feel that great for that workout, it was the first time I did sprints in my warmup and it made me feel out of breath the whole time. Probably will not do sprints again. In addition I was sleepy

so yea i def can't do this journal thing. but i do have some updates since the last time i posted ~~ almost a year ago.

i converted a lot of my fat to muscle last summer that i was able to increase my dumbbell bench press to around 85lbs. decline to 205lbs ... but around november my body weight was around 207 and after that i started weight like its my job (general loss of apetite, but working out as motivation to stay busy also)

i will post again sometime in the future.
