3 sets 215 x 6 Need to increase weight on these next power week Standing calf raises 3 sets 320 very small increase in weight, need to go heavier next time Kneeling cable crunches 3 sets 130 x 6 dropped the weight on these 10 lbs. too much "swing" on these when I did 140 . Laying Kneee Raises 3 sets 65 x 5 Notes: 3 Min RI's Tomorrow - delts and forearms |
