Going anywhere?

Ok, I figured that i could make a journal and it appears that everyone checks these and leaves some feedback....and right now i need all the feedback i can get. As a lot of you probably already know, i play soccer, so it is hard for me to keep the weight that i do gain. I am on two teams, a travel team and the High School team. I Lifted my first weight this summer, some changes are noticeable. I currently do not have a leg workout, i stopped it becuase soccer has started and my legs are usually always sore from that. My goals are to become stronger, but also have some mass. If you guys see anything wrong-which i KNOW there will be, jump in and say something

Anyhow, today was Bicep, Tris, and Abs

Biceps
Ezcurl-
10-45lbs
10-45lbs
7-45lbs

Tri
standing skull crusher with a db...i couldnt find the name for it
10-45
9-45
7-45

And someone that i met there showed me a lift that he does to finish off his workouts...it kinda seemed like shock, but then kinda not...Its where you take db's and do 4 reps hammer curls, set them down and grab the next set of weight and do 4 and go all the way down, without resting.

"finishers"
1-20-7.5lbs
1-20-7.5lbs

Abs
Decline situps
30-bw+25
30-bw+25
30-bw+25

Looking at all the sets/reps everyone else does, it seems i'm way under par...? Anything to help would be great

Hi Myst Best of luck with your goals, starting a journal is an excellent idea!

are you not training chest? back? delts?

Since lifting makes your legs so sore, why not try plyometrics and sprinting. I did a lot of that in high school playing basketball. Both really help in the games performance
