    running 2 miles (15m25) progress is progress...

    -morning-
    "regular" pushups (20)x5
    stationary bike (30mins)

    -night-
    knuckle pushups (25)x4
    burpees, lots of burpees

    -more food = less burnout
    -lots of pushups = stronger chest,shoulders,tricepts,(abs,back)
