    Workout A:
    monday: chest, back, delts, triceps heavy
    tuesday: cardio: 30 min walk
    wednesday: quads, hams, calves, abs light
    thursday: cardio: 30 min walk
    friday: chest, back, delts, triceps light
    saturday: cardio: 30 min walk
    sunday: Rest

    Workout B:
    monday: quads, hams, calves, abs heavy
    tuesday: cardio: 30 min walk
    wednesday: chest, back, delts, triceps light
    thursday: cardio: 30min walk
    friday: quads, hams, calves, abs light
    saturday: cardio 30 min walk
