Confused I need help; eating journal

I need some help getting back into shape, so I figured I am in the right spot.
My name is Shannon. I am 25, married, a mother of one, who is completely exhausted by the time I get home from work. So my question is, can this really be done even though I am so worn out when I get home? It's not like I have always been out of shape. Before I had my son, I really thought I looked great. I weighed 120, 16% body fat, 5ft 6in....and then who knows what happened? Anyway, I want to be hot again. I need a push, some advice, or support.

What can I do to get started. I don't have a problem w/ eating healthy. Infact, I like it and I feel better when I do it. My problem is, I don't know what foods to eat together and when to eat, how much cardio and weights am I going to have to do to make this work?
So far, for breakfast, I've had 1 strawberry Keto Shake. (3 carbs, 20 g protein)....please help me get back on track

If you want it bad enough, anything is possible! Start by eating 5-6 meals a day, divide your daily calorie needs up and distribute them evenly with each meal
Always try to get in protein, good fat, and good carbs in each meal. After working out you can avoid the fat, and stick to protein and carbs After your 3rd meal or so try to have green leafy carbs instead of starchy carbs, unless your it's post workout meal. Hope that helps alittle Good luck!
