Hi Sara,
I am very happy for you because you have done something that a lot of us have been trying to kickstart but have not been able to, make a plan. I am not one to criticize your meal plan, God knows I have to re-start my own (which I am slowly beginning to formulate), however, I also know that Jodi helped me out a whole bunch when I first got started. I wish you nothing but good luck and hope that you will be revising the meal plan as you say you are to achieve your ultimate goal. I for one will be pulling for you..... |
