    Ok guys, its throwdown time in the world of me!!!!!!I will think of competing when im down to a respectable bf % I am around 30% right now. 5'4, 158 lbs, classic case of plenty of previously applied knowledge but fell off the "wagon"! The only way to stick to it is to hold myself accountable!! Jodi- YOUR A GODDESS!
    Here goes....
    2/7/2004-
    Bfast: 1/2 dry whole oats prepared w/water, 4 oz silken tofu, cinn splenda

    s: 7 almonds 1/2 pure protien bar

    l:6 oz perch baked /seaoned no oil, 1 c spinach greensw/lemon

    s: 7 almonds other half pro bar (3 impact carbs, im out of whey protien
    otherwise i would be doing a 20 g. shake)

    Dinner: 6 oz. baked salmon , 1 cup fresh steamed broccoli, 1/2 c sugar snap peas

    last snack: 1 tbsp almond butter mixed w/2tbsp.glutamine powder and 1 tbsp choc jello pudding powder before bed....

    sounds like we are in a similar situation. i'm just getting back into fitness myself and just found this board. i think i'll start a journal too and keep checking back in with ya. maybe we can keep each other honest
