    Back from the dead?

Well it looks like I am doing it. First pic was taken 3 weeks ago. I am on 1-AD @ 200mg/day. I know it's not much or not even enough, but I am just taking it because I started the cycle, which I wish I hadn't. Only supplement I am taking is Whey protein. I am relying more on food and my own protein shake (milk, whey, egg whites, wheat germ, banana, oat, saflower oil, cottage). Started @ 158lbs and now I am @ 164lbs. My goal is to get to 185lbs in the next 9 weeks. Any comments will be very supportive.

You can bet on that, bro. Legs are one of my favorites to train.
