This is my first journal and hope to have much success throughout this period. Right now I weigh about 217 with around 16 percent body fat.Im not totally for sure with that. My goal which is going to be hard one is to get up 230 while losing 3 or 4 percent body fat by July 4.This is my spilt

Today I decided work my back,biceps,forarms because my shoulder is still sore.

I feel sick right now but couldnt wait to start a journal. Not the best workout in the world but my forarms are growing like crazy lately the way I have been hitting them.Hopefully tomorrow my shoulder is better so I can put up some weight.
