Meal 1: Protein Pancakes (oats, protein, egg whites)
Meal 2: Banana, Cottage Cheese, Protein Powder
Meal 3: Salad with egg whites and cottage cheese
Meal 4: Chicken Vegetable Lasagna, Strawberries, cucumber
Meal 5: Cottage Cheese, Peanut Butter
Workout:
Weights: Off
Cardio: 30 minutes
