    cj 10 week journal

    My turn for a journal.

    1. ephed. + caff + 30 min AM cardio,
    2 cups coffee w/ splenda
    1 banana

    2. 1 can tuna + veggs.

    3. 1 can tuna + 2 rice cakes

    thats all sofar today.

    its still early.

    Shoulders/ Triceps Day

    I am evaluating what I want my goals to be, right now I'm just posting diets and workouts, I will have solid goals by the 20th, but I need time to evaluate what I want to do. If I dont have a goal, I dont go anwhere. I am one of those people who can stay in limbo forever if not pushed! So, here I am, in limbo for about a year, not really pushing myslef, but not slacking either.

    I dont know what I want to do yet though? i have like 9 xanga journals, but I mostly get wierd comments from a very young ana/mia crowd, so I'll start one here.

    Right now you can see my upper abs, and I always wanted to see my lower abs, but never made it that far, in my entire life I have never been able to say I was under 18 % bf. I've always wanted it but never done it. I dont want something to happen , or to go thorough life w/ out saying I never did it. Or to know myself that I wanted something, and never had the discipline to get there. Wouldn't that be pathetic????


    My biggest obstacle is that I have a hard time saying no to those couple of beers on a Sat. night. I can go two weeks, TOPS w/ out drinking. I only drink on Saturdays, but that seems to be enough - so its out, for 10 whole weeks. WOW.

    So. Here I am, and here goes.

    30 min cardio + caff + eph. + multi
    M1= .5 cup fiber one
    2 strawberries
    .5 cup ff milk

    Happy St. Patty's day. It will be tough not to drink tonight. Does anyone else have friends that seem to do nothing but drink in their spare time? I wish I had the opportunity to meet some more people that were a little more like me.
