    first 2 days

so far my diet isnt going that great. I have been eating really good. But ive also treated myself with some sugar. Atleast im not going over the limit. I need to go run. Its so hard to just get out there and do it. The thought of it is great. But when u get home from school u want to relax. Then it becomes that you are watching tv.. blah blah. Well anyways Im going to make myself cuz i want a better life. I want to feel more confident with my body. Ive really gotta get motivated. If any one can do it, exspecially a friend of mine. Ian...WOW .. then i should have no problem. If anyone would like to leave motivational messages i would gladly appriciate it.

    thanks
