    Just Another Journal

    Hey guys wuts up. I'll tell u a bit about myself. I'm 21, i'm a guy, and i binge like crazzzzy. For example my last binge was a whole bucket of ice cream, and 3 beanut butter and jam sandwiches, 3 Mars bars and 2 bowls of cereal. Yeah i know it's sick and i often feel like throwing up afterwards..........I'm just not surprised i'm not twice as fat as i already am.

    Anyways im going on a "cut" because i've made some half decent gains but since i have not been eating clean..... the bulk has ended a bit sooner then i hoped.

    My stats are 5'10, 170 pounds. No idea what my body fat is but i basically have a belly that u can see if i am wearing a t shirt. It sticks out my it's not considered to be "fat".....yet.

    Truth be told, i'm just some chubby 21 year old with not a lot of muscle..........i can bench like wut: 90 for 6 reps and dealift and squat 110 pounds for around the same. When i started it was more like bench 50 pounds for six reps and deal life and squat around 60 for six reps......... You get the idea, i'm not tuff.

    Anyways i want to cut now b4 i get too fat and lose all my motivation.
    I will post here everyday on wut i eat and wut i do for exercise

    OK today was and is shytty 4 me. I've done countless searches on this board and i know that i should be eating 5 meals a days with sufficient protein and efa's but like i said today wuz pretty bad and its becoming a habit.

    Here' s wut i ate:

    1. 2 bowls of cornflakes with milk
    2 bannanas

    2. 1 cup of beans
    1 can of tuna

    3. 3 egg whites
    7 slices of whole wheat bread!!!! plain!!!!

    4. 2 mars bars
    about a cup of wholewheat pasta

    And watched alot of TV,
    there.


    Oh yeah my goal is to lose about 10 pounds of fat and then start a bulk again.

    I had breakfast today that consisted of:

    2 slices bread and 2 table spoons peanut butter
    4 slices bread and 3 tables spoons of low fat cream cheese
    2 bowls of cereal with milk

    That's around 600 cals on bread, 400 cals for cereal and milk, 200 cals for penutbutter and 100 cals for cream cheese.
    Total for breakfast is 1300 cals???

    Wtf i think to myself, how the hell did i eat so much.......and it wasn't even that filling.

    Man this sucks because i'm trying to keep my daily caloric intake at 1900 cals for this cut.

    Okay todays Sunday:

    1. Breakfast

    3 slices of break (plain)
    2 slcies of bread with low fat cream cheese
    1 bowl of cereal



    2. Lunch
    3 bagels plain
    2 bowls of all bran with milk



    That's it so far until supper time............
    aaaaahhhhhhh i need more protein and EFA's. I'm hopeless.
