OK today was and is shytty 4 me. I've done countless searches on this board and i know that i should be eating 5 meals a days with sufficient protein and efa's but like i said today wuz pretty bad and its becoming a habit.
Here' s wut i ate:
1. 2 bowls of cornflakes with milk
2 bannanas
2. 1 cup of beans
1 can of tuna
3. 3 egg whites
7 slices of whole wheat bread!!!! plain!!!!
4. 2 mars bars
about a cup of wholewheat pasta
And watched alot of TV,
there.
Oh yeah my goal is to lose about 10 pounds of fat and then start a bulk again.
