    Todays workout was alright need to buy some heavier dumbells for sure...i was pushing myself on most of the weight had to increase and decrease i was struggeling a little for some higher reps but same weight

    Nice start ! First time through is the hardest to figure out, Once you get the right weight figured out then it gets fun !!

    Plenty of people here doing prrs or have done it so you should be able to getall the help you need. I'm going to start it again in a couple of weeks .

    Okay todays workout was messed up becase i had a baseball game after school so it fucked my whole routine up but i still did it because i wanted to get into the habit so i would be down with the weight and routine for this summer and offseason..i wasnt pleased with todays workouts the lighter weights are some new workouts that i have just tried for the first time today..
