Yeah I tell ya. I think I did some extensions for the first time in probably 2 years about 3 weeks ago. And dont plan on doing them anytime soon.

Pullthroughs are ok, of course they will take a back seat to hypers all the time, but like Sean said sometimes its good to throw those in there to switch things up.

lawl, that is a nice feeling.

I remember I start DB flat benching with the 25's and I liked hitting the 50's, then the 75's because I was doubling then tripling the amount of weight I used, now I am close to the 100's. When I first started training I thought how awesome it would be to press the 100's because I was so far off. I might shed a tear or two when I do it.
