Pretty good workout tonight...
I was just planning on going to 405x3 for 1 set, but Jimmy was there and made me do another set. some of their songs suck ass. that is one of them. the fact that they are basically naked doesn't help it either.

Very nice job on the desdlifts Sean. I myself have started deadlifts not too long ago. I used to work only with 35's so that the bar would not be as high in the air and used to only be able to pull about 300 that way. Lately I switched to using 45's and I pulled 385 but it seemed a little hard. I got a question, maybe dumb, but I've never used a belt for any of my lifts. How exactly do you put it on and how tight do you make it? cos I want to try it next time in my school. Thanks bro, and keep up the good work.
