405lbs x 1 - Felt heavier than 405 x 3 did last week...
440lbs x 0 - Goddamn fucking bullshit... I got it half-way up and had to stop, I could feel my legs shaking, and I kept pulling and pulling but eventually the weight starting going the opposite way... That's the first time I've missed a deadlift that got past the first 2 inches of movement .

Felt like leaving at that point.

I've gained 10-12lbs, but haven't even put that on my deadlift, that's not a good thing... Maybe I need to stop powerlifting for a while.
