How did you do it and why are you squatting about the same amount of weight now? Comp max is higher than normal right?

365lbs was for a 1 rep max, I did multiple sets of 2-3 reps with 350lbs today. And it was on ~4 hours of sleep. 365 wasn't at a meet either. My 3rd attempt at my meet back in October was 336lbs for 1.

Meh, kinda shitty workout today... Felt like shit during it, not enough sleep and ate a little too much breakfast before hand. Speed Bench warmups Close grip 135lbs x 2 sets x 3 reps Mid grip 135lbs x 2 sets x 3 reps Wide Grip 135lbs x 2 sets x 3 reps Dips (these were the only decent thing) BW x 4 BW +25lbs x 3 warmups BW +65lbs x 6 PR BW + 65lbs x 3 BW + 45lbs x 8 BW+45lbs x 4 or 6 - I love the fact I am using more weight for dips at a bodyweight of 190-192lbs than I was at 178-182lbs, but my bench is the same. Pullups- tried 3 sets, all of em sucked. Standing BB Press 95lbs x 12 95lbs x 6 95lbs x 4 tris fried from dips 1-arm DB Rows 70lbs x 10 70lbs x 10 R arm 7 L arm 70lbs x 8 T-Bar Rows +90lbs x 10 wide grip +90lbs x 2 sets x 10 reps narrow grip 15 mins ellitical 201 cals 10/20 resistance 1.37 miles stretch + rotator cuff work |

Yeah, I plan on rotating them with another exercise next week, probably DB presses or close grips... They usually don't bother my elbows though.
