Haha... No. That'd be way too much weight to lose this close and I want to stay in the 198s for a while... Kind of suck though since I'm only around 188-190 in the AM right now... Still haven't recovered the 5-6lbs I lost from being sick. I need to work my way up to the top of the 198 class and get comfortable there which will take some time... In a few years I may go for the 220 class, but that'll be a while.

Good workout... Last day to pull heavy before the meet, so I basically decided I wanted to make sure my deadlift hasn't gotten WORSE since my meet in october
.BB Lunges for warmup 45lbs 2 sets x whatever Conventional Deadlifts 135lbs x 10 225lbs x 4 275lbs x 2 (belt on) 335lbs x 1 385lbs x 1 (chalk went on here) 435lbs x 1 PR - wasn't exactly pretty... Ass shot right up, and the first few inches were pretty damn slow but I still managed to pull it. After I got it past the first 6 inches or so it went up really smoothly.
