My abs and Quads were/are pretty damn sore from yesterday, low back was a little tight too.
Flat Barbell warmups 45lbs x 12 95lbs x 6 135lbs x 4 2-board Press 185lbs x 5 205lbs x 3 225lbs x 3 245lbs x 2 245lbs x 1 245lbs x 2 loose 245lbs x 2 tight 245lbs x 0 - nothing left, brought it down to about 1-2 inches away from the board and my muscle tension went away, it was kind of funny. Flat DB Bench Press 60lbs x 12 60lbs x 9 60lbs x 10 60lbs x 10 Face Pulls from low Pulley 90lbs x 10 100lbs x 10 110lbs x 10 120lbs x 7 110lbs x 8 or 9 15 minutes stationary bike 10/20 resistance 3.4 miles stretch + rotator cuff work |
