Left shoulder's been feeling a little weird the last 5 days or so... Not really painful, but not "normal." I think I'm going to take a week off after next week's finished.

Speed Bench

T-bar Rows Wide Grip (basically a bent barbell row)

Good workout, I was only lifting for about 50 minutes.

Conventional Speed Deadlifts
135lbs x 10 warmup slow/moderate speed
135lbs x 6 fast

225lbs x 6 sets x 2 reps - 30 sec RI's

Bulgarian Squats
30lbs DB's x 4 per leg warmup

Trap Bar Deadlifts (no belt)
