Pretty good workout tonight, hardly anyone in the gym since it's cinco de mayo.
8 mins treadmill warmup from 3-7mph Speed Box Squats 45lbs x 8 reps 95lbs x 4 reps 135lbs x 1 rep (warmups to here) 175lbs x 8 sets x 2 reps PB - I've gotten this before, but on a higher box this one's somewhere around 10-12" not sure.
