lawl, while taking my elevator up to my room I was thinking about narrow sumo deadlifts...interesting.
Anyway, how did they feel?
Meh, unnatural to me... Definately weaker... I find I have to try to "spread" my feet out a lot more during the lift and actually feel like my legs are involved more. I didn't really feel like it was even that narrow at all, I had my hands so my pinkies were on the last part of the rough section of the bar, then had my legs as close in as possible given that grip.
Great w/o BRother Sean!!! I'm thinking about tossing my hat into Powerlifting (don't laugh) and I was wondering if you had any good books you would/could recommend!!!
