Sad thing is, I can take a 10 year hiatus from gaming and still own you guys.

But keep trying, and maybe one day I will allow you to be worthy enough to let you be owned by me.

If that happened, I'm sure Tim would use his forensic skills to bring the killer/raper to justice to avenge fufu.

Meh, unnatural to me... Definately weaker... I find I have to try to "spread" my feet out a lot more during the lift and actually feel like my legs are involved more. I didn't really feel like it was even that narrow at all, I had my hands so my pinkies were on the last part of the rough section of the bar, then had my legs as close in as possible given that grip.

Lately? Not really much of anything, school, work and the gym's keeping me busy enough.

I haven't really read any books on powerlifting, mostly articles online... You might want to check out Powerlifting USA.

    Bench Day

Probably shouldn't have tried to go as heavy as I did today...
    Flat BB Bench
    45lbs x couple sets
    95lbs x 8
    135lbs x 6
    185lbs x 3 (warmups)
    205lbs x 3
    225lbs x 1 + 1 spot assist
225lbs x 1 + 1 spot assist (both of these were good on the first rep, but I screwed up the 2nd on both)
    245lbs x 0 (I thought with 225 being that decent that I could hit 245 today, but couldn't)
    205lbs x 2 + 1 spot assist
    done...

    Flat DB Hammer Grip Presses
    60lbs x 14
    60lbs x 9
    50lbs x 12ish

    Machine Shoulder Lat Raises

    Machine Rear Delt Flyes

I'm in the same boat. I work, go to school, workout, study, rinse and repeat. I'm happy with my schedule. As long as I stay productive, it isn't so bad.
