    smooth's booze free routine

    well, for the past two weeks i have had the most sh!tty flu and haven't
    been drinking like i was before. Then I came to realize "hey I'm sick but i
    feel better" wonder why hehehe. I have only drank once in the
    past 2 weeks and i'm gonna keep going for the next 30days atleast.

    Day 1 (5am)
    cardio/abs today

    HIIT 20mins
    2min warm and 2 min cool

    abs

    cable crunches 90x15, 110x15, 130x8(failure)
    reverse crunches 30x1, 10lb medicine ball 15x2
    30sec vaacums between each set
