I think what it was the combination of the heat in the gym and taking R-ALA before the workout without any real food in my stomach other then a protein shake. Also combined with the 1/2 dose of Redline. Tomorrow I'll cut out the R-ALA before the workout and hopefully I can do better. I also notice I'm struggling being in a Caloric deficit and cutting way back on carbs too.
